Joe is the President of Summit. Prior to co-founding Summit, he was a principal with Larus Capital Partners, a private investment partnership that invested in private equity, public equities, and real estate. He has worked for his family’s business, headed by his father, which has invested over $1.5 billion in real estate and has held ownership interests in over 2.5 million square feet of property in California, Arizona, Texas, Florida, Maryland, and Michigan. The family business owned over 16,000 multifamily units. Joe served as a Deputy District Attorney for Los Angeles County and remains a member in good standing of the California State Bar. He serves on the Boards of JNF and After the Impact Fund for Veterans and Legends. He received his JD from Pepperdine University School of Law and a BA in Economics from UCLA. Joe is the brother-in-law of Ryan Lynch, Co-CEO of Summit.
